the staff were super friendly they couldn't have been more helpful i got a free upgrade to breakfast and a doggy package on arrival i really appreciated the kind service i also loved the inviting lobby bar and restaurant area it was very handy to have a place to relax and socialize i found everything so convenient
despite repeated requests i have not received a copy of my bill i hope this can be resolved soon as i need it for my records

The location near haymarket station is convenient. i could quickly access other neighborhoods like stockbridge. It only took me about 10 minutes. the room i got. It was as lovely as i expected!
The room should have been cleaned more thoroughly. And the sound insulation was quite poor.

the hotel location is not ideal. the area seemed run-down and a little dodgy during the night. the front of the building didn't seem very soundproof.
